Tara Chapin, LSW, MSW, CDP

Tara Chapin is a licensed social worker with over 17 years of experience working in healthcare. She has worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and doctor’s offices. Her experience is primarily with seniors, but she also has a passion for helping  individuals managing a disability and families who are grieving. Tara received her Undergraduate Degree from Kansas State University and her Graduate Degree from University of Kansas. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Notary Public in the state of Ohio.
