Let's discuss things that are important to you, such as what insurance DOES and DOES NOT cover, strategies for home safety, transportation options, and medication management.

How to Get More Help

Getting more help can be complicated, because it requires knowledge about insurance coverage, available support agencies and their criteria to access their services. We will talk about what help is available, what you should know in advance, and how to get started.

Practical Advice for Caregivers

Are you having problems providing care to a loved-one who is confused or resistant to help? We can discuss some strategies for common care difficulties, such as bathing, mealtime, and leaving the house.

Assistance with Advance Directives

Putting together important legal documents, such as Healthcare Power of Attorney and Living Will should be a priority, and we will address that in our consultation. Notarization services are available on the spot and included in consultation.

We have information you need about different types of dementia, the process for accurate diagnosis, treatment options, etc.

Cognitive Screening

MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) is available upon request. This tool can help identify cognitive impairment such as memory loss and determine if further testing is necessary.
